Return Policy
Please be sure to order the right product for your needs. If you have questions please call us - we are here to help you! We do not accept opened or used products for return. Please call 203-329-2600 within 2 weeks of shipment if you need to return an unopened/unused product. We will happily help you with return arrangements. Once authorized, please ship the product to:

Once received, we will issue a credit for the product, minus shipping charges.

Shipping
Chemical products will not be shipped outside the continental U.S. Please contact us for Non-U.S. orders for non-chemical products, such as RodoTrak. Our preferred shipping method is UPS.

Currency
All orders are in U.S. Dollars drawn on U.S. Banks.

Security
We do not store credit card information in our on-line store databases. We do not sell or share customer information with any other parties.

Warranty
Please read all labels carefully. The user is solely responsible for the safe handling and application of any and all products. Aavon Pest Control is not responsible for the safety or effectiveness of any product you apply. Any warranty or guarantee of safety or effectiveness lies solely with the manufacturer.
